Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations and refunds for courses and services offered on the Skill With Earn website ("Website"). This Policy is in accordance with Indian laws and regulations.

1. Cancellation Policy:

    a. User-initiated Cancellation: Users may request to cancel their enrollment in a course or service within 7 Days from the date of purchase. To initiate a cancellation, users must contact Skill With Earn's customer support team through the designated channels provided on the Website.

    b. Skill With Earn's Right to Cancel: Skill With Earn reserves the right to cancel a course or service due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient enrollment or instructor unavailability. In such cases, users will be notified promptly, and a 90% refund will be provided (Refunds do not include any GST or other charges).

2. Refund Policy:

​

    a. Eligibility for Refund: Refunds will be provided in the following circumstances:

​

        i. User-initiated cancellations made within the specified cancellation period.
        
        ii. Skill With Earn cancels a course or service.
        
        iii. In cases of duplicate or erroneous transactions.

    b. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving a valid refund request. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction.

    c. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as downloadable content or services that have been fully consumed or completed, may not be eligible for refunds.

3. Exceptions:

​

    a. Special Circumstances: Skill With Earn may consider refund requests outside of the specified cancellation period in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen situations. Users must provide valid documentation to support their request.

4. Dispute Resolution:

​

    a. Resolution Process: In case of disputes regarding cancellations or refunds, users may contact Skill With Earn's customer support team to resolve the issue amicably. Users may escalate the issue to our contact if a suitable resolution is not achieved. After the user explains their issues to the customer support team, a member of the Skill with Earn team will give them a call within 72 hours. If the user is abiding by the guidelines and comes across the refund policy, or if they are not, they must provide a valid justification in order to be eligible for the refund policy..
